XENIA ships worldwide.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address, the order will be returned to XENIA and the customer will cover the cost of re-shipping the order.

DELIVERY:

We charge a flat rate of $10.00AUD per order for all domestic orders. We use Australia Post Express arrives 1-3 business day, once your order has been processed. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the Australian postal service or AUSTRALIA POST. All customers should receive an email to their provided email address with tracking ID and advice within 48 hours of making their order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

We charge a flat rate of $15.00AUD for all international standard delivery orders. We use DHL International Registered post that has a 7-14 business day delivery time however can be faster depending on your location.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays. 'DHL Registered International Post' also offers traceable mail to all countries, the following link may be used to track your parcel -

EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

It cost a flat rate of $48.00AUD for all Express International Orders using 'DHL Express International Post'. This service includes parcel tracking with an expected 2-5 working days delivery process (excluding weekends and national public holidays). Please note that there may be delays in transit depending on your Country's customs process.
